Coaching
Restorative coaching is a therapeutic life-coaching process that helps you learn new skills for moving through your personal and professional challenges.
I utilize creative personal storytelling, the science of interpersonal neurobiology, and the ancient healing arts of energy medicine to reconnect my clients to their powerful and limitless self.

personal ceremony & ritual
When you need to move stuck energy. When you need to call new habits and build a new story that sustains your life. When it is time to mark a new phase in your life or celebrate a special event. When its time to mourn, change, transform, or honor, its time for ceremony and ritual.
